  1. Select your race distance
  2. Enter your time
  3. Select Calculate
  4. Then select Training.

You can focus on three paces.  Easy run, Threshold, and Interval.

Easy run is what you should be running on  your easy runs

Threshold is what you should be running on your tempo runs.

You can run Interval or threshold on fartlek days.
